•If you wish to cancel your reservation, we will require 2 days advance notice before the date of your arrival.
•Please pay when you check in. You can use cash or credit cards.
•If you book directly at our guesthouse, you can use rental bath towels free of charge.
•Our guesthouse is small, please don’t cancel your reservation as much as possible for other guests especially who couldn’t reserve.
Cancellation policy
＊50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 2 days or 1 day prior to your reservation date.
＊100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation on your check in date.

Booking
•We accept reservations by a reservation form below or phone (＋81-79-240-6550 10:00 to 22:00 Japan time).
•Please make a phone call if you’d like to stay today or tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
•When you send the reservation form, you will automatically receive our reply with the details of your booking. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Please set up your mobile phone to receive our e-mail when you use a mobile device to send the reservation form. Please set up the spam box of your e-mail when you use a computer to send the form. In the case that you don’t receive the first automatic response, and/or do not receive our reply within 24 hours, our e-mails might be recognized as spam and we might have already confirmed your reservation. Please call us as soon as possible if you have not received our reply.
•If you can’t use a reservation form, please e-mail to info@shironoshita.com directly with the subject “reservation”. Please fill in the following items in the text.
